The competition is open to all ages and skill levels, whether its your first cupcakes or your latest masterpiece – it’s a friendly competition judged by the Mayor of Knutsford, councillor Colin Banks and two judges from Knutsford Bake Club.
Participants are encouraged to enter their best bakes, in the following categories:
- Cakes

There will be prizes for adults and children under 18. The cakes need to be dropped off between 12-2pm, with the winners being announced at 2:30pm.
The competition is part of Picnic in the Park a free community event taking place on St Helena’s field at Longridge/Higher Downs from 12-4pm.
In addition to the competition, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase delicious cakes, kindly baked and donated by Knutsford Bake Club. All proceeds from the cake sales will support the Mayor’s chosen charities, Just Drop-In and The Welcome.
