Appeal to trace wanted Northwich man

Police are appealing to the public for help to locate a man from Northwich who is wanted for breaching a stalking protection order.

Elliot Rowe is currently of no fixed abode, but he is known to frequent the Northwich area. He also has links to Ellesmere Port and Winsford.

The 27-year-old is described as 5' 7" tall and of medium build with dark brown hair, a brown beard, and brown eyes.
