Appeal for witnesses following exposure in Middlewich

Officers investigating reports of a man exposing himself in Middlewich are appealing for any witnesses to get in touch.

On Wednesday 13th August 2025, police received reports of a man exposing himself in St Michael’s Way in Middlewich, at around 12pm.

Enquiries have been ongoing since the incident took place and a man was arrested at the time on suspicion of exposure. He was released on bail.

At this stage in their investigation, officers are now appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident who has not already spoken to police to come forward.

Police Constable Dominic Owen said:

“We have been conducting a number of enquiries since this incident took place however we are now asking anyone who recalls witnessing this, or anything suspicious around that time and location, to please get in touch with us.

“The same goes if anyone reviews CCTV or dashcam footage and locates anything relevant to our investigation.”
